Yea, all the fillings of the mooncakes were wrapped in the 'skin' and then pushed into the mould before baking. Realised it's actually nicer to let the mooncakes set for couple of days before eating them. The ones fresh out of the oven are kinda hard, and taste like cookies. The oil from within seeps out after it's sat there for a couple of days, making the skin really nice and soft.
